Chathura S. Nawarathne

Director/ Principal Geologist.
Chathura Nawarathne has experience in geological and geotechnical site investigation and soil and rock laboratory testing. He is reading for his master's research under geotechnical engineering “settlement monitoring for improvement ground”. He has engaged in many sites investigation work, inspection and design for different projects.
Lalith N. Pallegama
BSc(Civil)Eng, MIE(SL).
Director/ Principal Geotechnical Engineer.
Lalith N. Pallegamais a Chartered Civil Engineer having experience in the field of geotechnical engineering, quality control and quality assurance, material testing and site investigation. He has demonstrated skills in performing technical expertness through several projects in Sri Lanka and overseas including Australia.
Prof. Saman Thilakasiri

Consultant Geotechnical Engineer.
Prof. Saman Thilakasiri is a senior geotechnical Engineer having an excellent background and extensive experience in geotechnical Engineering. He is working with RMC Geo Lab as a consultant and he is also working as lecture and research supervisor at university Moratuwa and as a Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Sri Lankan Institute of Information Technology. He is expert in foundation design and interpretation of pile test data. He is involving many major projects in Sri Lanka as a geotechnical expert.

Consultant Geotechnical Engineer.
Dr. L.I.N. De Silva has involved in many geological related projects inSri Lanka. Directly involved in testing, analyzing the results and in thepreparation of reports for various laboratory tests. He is expert in slopestability analyzing and ground investigation. Now he is engaging indifferent projects in Sri Lanka. He provides his excellent knowledge forconsulting the projects.
Vasana Kumari Jayasena

Senior Design Engineer.
VasanaJayasena has 20 years of experience in Civil-Structural design and site supervision with excellent academic background having a master’s degree in engineering. She has published not only in local research journals but also in international ones. She heads up inpreparing technical guideline and proceeding. She has proven experience in designing reinforced concrete and steel structures including conceptual studies, detail studies and modelling with several soft wares

A.M.M.M Adikari is a young, diligent geologist with huge knowledge of geology and geotechnical engineering. He is handling all the technical processes in site investigation such as core logging, field testing,reporting etc. He has more than two year experience as a field geologist and dedicated tosucceeding all geotechnical investigation processes with high technicaloutcome.
Selvarathnam Mathurangan
BSc (Hons) in Green Technology
Geotechnical &QA/QC Engineer.
S Mathurangan is in charge of geotechnical site management and processing. He several three years of experience in geotechnical field with a broad knowledge in practical aspects of sites that gained from countless number of geotechnical site investigation projects.Further, he is an associate professional of green building counsel of Sri Lanka.

W.A.P JayaniRangi is leading all laboratory, mini laboratory and field-testing Projects by using her vast knowledge and experience relating to geotechnical field. She has conducted number of testing programs for a large number of sites. Further, she is doing a research to introduce a brick preparing method by using ‘silts’ and ‘fly ash’.

Anupama Nipuni is working in RMC Geo Lab as a trainee civil engineer and also involving with geotechnical engineering projects. She has a vast knowledge and experience related geotechnical experience taken from many projects that she was involved in the past.
