Chathura Nawarathne has experience in geological and geotechnical site investigation and soil and rock laboratory testing. He is reading for his master's research in geotechnical engineering on "settlement monitoring for improved ground" and has been engaged in site investigation, inspection and design for many projects.

Lalith N. Pallegama is a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in geotechnical engineering, quality control and quality assurance, material testing and site investigation. He has demonstrated his technical expertise on projects in Sri Lanka and overseas, including Australia.

Prof. Saman Thilakasiri is a senior geotechnical engineer with an excellent background and extensive experience. Alongside his consultancy role at RMC Geo-Lab, he lectures and supervises research at the University of Moratuwa and has served as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at SLIIT. He is an expert in foundation design and pile test interpretation, and is involved in many major projects in Sri Lanka.

Dr. L.I.N. De Silva has been involved in many geological projects in Sri Lanka, directly testing, analysing results and preparing reports for a wide range of laboratory tests. He is an expert in slope stability analysis and ground investigation, and brings this knowledge to the projects he consults on.

Vasana Jayasena has 20 years of experience in civil and structural design and site supervision, with a master's degree in engineering. She has published in local and international research journals and leads the preparation of technical guidelines. She has proven experience designing reinforced concrete and steel structures, from conceptual studies to detailed modelling.

A diligent geologist with strong knowledge of geology and geotechnical engineering. He handles the technical processes of site investigation — core logging, field testing and reporting — and is dedicated to high-quality results on every geotechnical investigation.
BSc (Hons) Green Technology
In charge of geotechnical site management and processing, with broad practical knowledge gained from a large number of site investigation projects. He is also an associate professional of the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka.
HNDE (Civil), BTech (Civil) (reading), AMIE (SL)
Leads all laboratory, mini-laboratory and field testing projects, and has run testing programmes for a large number of sites. She is also researching a brick-making method using silts and fly ash.
